Study of a new 5-star Hotel in Perissa, Santorini, in an area of fifteen acres. The hotel opened its doors in the summer of 2019 with 107 luxury suites, all with private pools, restaurants, bars and spa. The strong presence of the water element inside and outside the rooms offers a unique experience for the visitor, as it is surrounded by water in all the functions of the hotel. Wooden movable blinds define the private space of the rooms and give the visitor the option to decide the amount of privacy of each moment. The aim of the study was to allow water to penetrate the whole area of the hotel, giving the sense of a continuous flow and movement towards the sea. Each space has been studied separately to offer the visitor diverse sensations at any time of the day.
